Download Update

Installation Instructions:

• You may Save download file 1st, then Run later or Run without saving...
• *** Exit ProFrame 2015 and make sure no other user is running ProFrame 2015 across your network...
• Click here to download update...
• If You Save to Run later - You must Locate the update file that you saved.(ProFrame2015_G2_Update.exe) and Double Click ProFrame2015_G2_Update.exe
  (Note: it could be a 2nd or 3rd copy like ProFrame2015_G2_Update.exe(2))
• Make sure that you're installing the correct version by verifying the version and build date.
• Make any changes to the default extraction folder. (only if you changed the installation path during setup)
• Select the Unzip button.
• Startup ProFrame 2015 and verify version.
• Note.. Sometimes an update may need to run an update process, if so make sure to Save All when prompted...

Verify that you're installing the correct update... From the 1st Screen after Starting ProFrame2015_G2_Update.exe (This is a sample only - version number and build date may be different) This should match the latest version and build date from previous screen...

Make any changes to the default Unzip Folder if necessary... (Only if you changed the installation folder during initial setup) Click the Unzip button

If you get an error similar to this, (output file may be different) ** You're Still Running ProFrame 2015 *** You must exit ProFrame 2015 before extracting update...
